Specific CDIP Rights by Tier

Consortium Developed IP (CDIP) is developed on a V4I project and is subject to certain V4I Member Rights.

  • All Tiers

    Non Exclusive Royalty Free (NERF) license for internal Research and Development.

  • Gold Tier $50k)

    Right to negotiate a Non Exclusive Royalty Bearing (NERB) license for commercialization.

  • Platinum Tier ($200k)

    Right to negotiate a Non Exclusive Royalty Free (NERF) license for commercialization.
